Altitude Software and TelCentris Partner

Altitude Software, an independent global contact center solutions vendor, and telephony company TelCentris Inc. have announced a unique partnership to deliver Altitude’s multimedia contact center solutions hosted over Telcentris’ Unified Communications Service Delivery Platform (SDP).


By combining the Altitude uCI Customer Interaction Management suite with TelCentris’ state-of-the-art hosted IP-PBX services, customers get a seamlessly integrated solution that solves both inbound and outbound contact center requirements in such a comprehensive manner. In this regard, the partnership and combined hosted solution is the first of its kind in North America. Previously, organizations had to contend with disparate, difficult to manage systems, or spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for an expensive, on-premise system to get similar capabilities.
